All prices on website include VAT (20%). And prices are in Euros (EUR)

 


Paying options:

1. You can pay by internetbank (SEB, Swedbank, LHV). Is protected by SSL sertificate

2. You can pay by invoice (suitable for other bank customers)

3. You can cancel your order by pressin RETURN

Confimration of purchase you receive on your e-mail

Purchase is active after money has transfered, after that we deliver products promised time

Availability and delivery time


Products which are marked "In stock" will be sent out 1-3 work days after payment.

If products have marking of "On order - Delivery time up to x work days"  Then it takes x +3 work days to ship these products out our warehouse.

Average delivery time with courier is one week. If you want faster shipping then please ask (DHL Express - additional shipping will be added)

Terms of return

The return period on products purchased from the e-store is 14 days.
The return product must be without defects, complete, in its original packaging and unused.
In order to return a product, one must submit an according request to the e-mail address info@milshed.com and the returned product together with its packaging to the place of initial delivery (local post office, Omniva or SmartPOST parcel terminal) or the location of the Service Provider in Tallinn, Ehitajate road 110, 12618
When returning the product, one must also provide the purchase invoice.
In the case of a return, the money shall be returned to the Service User within 30 days after the product is returned.
The money will be returned to the same bank account from where the money was paid to the Service Provider.
The Service User shall cover the transport costs connected with the returning of the product.

Procedure for Filing Complaints

In accordance with the Law of Obligations Act article 210 section 2, all products sold via the e-store have a 2 year term for filing complaints.


The Service Provider shall not be held responsible for damages occurred due to abnormal use, also for delays in delivery if this is caused by conditions the Service Provider couldn't have been able to affect and/or which were caused by a force majeure.

The handling of exchange and returns takes up to three (3) weeks.

Transportation costs


Delivery costs pays customer and price information can be found at checkout (delivery)


Privacy


All information are given on purchase are confidential. 

The Service User gives the Service Provider the right to send sales offers to the e-mail address entered when the order was placed provided that the appropriate checkbox on the order placing page has been ticked.

Personal data processing

Shop uses User data only for processing orders and for delivery. Shop forwards data to parcel company for only delivery needs.

Shop sends to User e-mail newsletter and offers if User has allowed it (checkbox on registering).

User can every time unsubscribe from newsletter and offers.

Differences

Differences are solved in accordance to the laws valid in the Republic of Estonia. Upon failure to reach an agreement, the differences are resolved in the Tallinn County Court's Tallinn Court House.
